2025-2026 Online Registration Information

Registration Opens: July 7th, 2025
Deadline to Complete: August 12, 2025
Registration must be completed using a computer. Mobile devices are not compatible.

This registration window applies to all feeder school students and current OTHS students.

In person registration is only necessary for:

  1. Families that require an affidavit (families that do not own or rent property within District #203 boundary lines and require approval to reside in the district). Both the host family and guest family must attend In-person registration. In person registration takes place:
    • Tuesday, July 22, 2025 - 12pm to 7pm
    • Tuesday, July 29, 2025 - 7:30am to 2:30pm
  2. Families that require technological support must register in person.

Skyward Notice:

  • O'Fallon Township High School District #203 Skyward login and password information has been emailed to families from incoming feeder schools by as of 5/5/25.
    • Note: The Skyward feeder school login and password will not work for OTHS Skyward accounts.
    • Families with current OTHS upperclassmen must use their previously issued OTHS Skyward login and password to register incoming freshmen.

Walk-Through Dates and Information


Services Available on Walk-Through Dates:

  • Unofficial Building Tours
    Students may walk the building to locate their lockers and classrooms.
    Note: Students must provide their own combination lock for their locker.
  • Student ID Photos
    Students will take their 2025–2026 school-issued ID photo at the Security Booth located at the Milburn Campus.
  • Schedule Changes
    The School Counseling Office will be open for students to meet with a school counselor regarding schedule changes for the fall semester.
    Note: Students may not request changes to lunch hours, teacher assignments, or the order of their classes.
  • Fee Payment
    Fees may be paid in person at the Main Office at the Milburn Campus or online via Skyward.
    Free & Reduced Lunch forms and book waivers will be available in the Main Office and online beginning July 21, 2025.
  • Electronic Device Checkout
    Devices may be checked out through the Computer Department.

Other Registration Information


Directions To Login to Skyward Family Access:

  1. Go to the OTHS website (www.oths.us)
  2. Locate the Skyward ICON just below the picture and click on it. (Skyward Login)
  3. Enter the Login ID and password information provided above.
  4. You will then be prompted to change/create a new password.

How To View Course Requests for the 2025-2026 School Year in Skyward – Click HERE for visual directions.

  1. Once successfully logged into Skyward Family Access, select ‘Schedule’ from the Home banner (left side of the screen). Note: This feature may not be available using a cell phone.
  2. Under the Schedule Heading > Course Requests> Student Name> Click on ‘Request Courses for 2025-2026 in Milburn Campus’ (highlighted in blue)
  3. You will then see a listing of your child’s requested courses. Scroll down for a list of all course requests. Courses will stay in course request mode until mid to late July. Students will be able to view their fall schedule, including assigned teachers and hours at the time via Skyward. More information will be sent to students once schedules are available for viewing. All 9th grade students should have the following total credits: 6.000

How To Make Changes to Requested Courses for the 2025-2026 School Year

  • During the summer months, students requesting a schedule change should email schedulechange@oths.us. Please include the student’s full name and specific details about the request in the message. A school counselor from the School Counseling Office will respond via email.

  • In addition, school counselors will be available for in-person schedule changes during the Walk-Through dates and times at each campus.
