OTHS Smiley Campus Parking Pass Information 2026-2027
For the upcoming school year, OTHS will sell parking passes online via Omella. Similar to concert ticket sales, students will now be able to purchase parking passes from when the online store goes live. This process ensures student safety and equitable access for all eligible students. Please read the following information carefully.
To be eligible to purchase a parking pass, you must be a senior or junior student with all fees paid and a valid driver’s license. This includes the school registration fees for the 2026-2027 school year. Please note that the 2026-2027 registration fees will be posted to student accounts by July 13th so fees will need to be paid after this date. Fees can be paid online using Skyward or in-person in the District Office during normal school hours. The District Office is open from M-F 7:30 am – 3:30 pm.
You will have two options to pay for your parking pass:
Option 1: pay online using a credit card ($100 plus the credit card service fee) on Omella the day that the link goes live
Option 2: pre-pay with cash/check ($100) in person in the OTHS District Office at the Smiley Campus. Checks should be made payable to OTHS. The District Office is open from M-F 7:30 am – 3:30 pm. If you pay in person, you will be given an access code that will allow you to purchase a parking pass on Omella the day that the link goes live.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no advantage to paying with cash/check in advance. You will get an access code that will give you an equal opportunity to purchase tickets on Omella when the link goes live as students paying with a credit card. The link will go live for all eligible students on the dates outlined below.
Whether you pay in cash or pay online, parking pass sales will be 100% online via Omella (the same service that Prom/Homecoming tickets are sold). The link will go live in three phases:
Phase 1:
When: 8:30 am on Tuesday July 21 – Wednesday July 22
Who: Seniors with fees paid by 3:30 pm Friday 7/17
If your fee is paid after 3:30 pm Friday 7/17, you will have to wait for Phase 2
Phase 2:
When: 8:30 am on Thursday July 23 - Friday July 24
Who: Juniors and Seniors with fees paid by 3:30 pm Wednesday 7/22
If your fee is paid after 3:30 pm Wednesday 7/22, you will have to wait for Phase 3
Phase 3:
When: 8:30 am Tuesday July 28 - until sold out
Who: Juniors and Seniors with fees paid
FAQs
What information will I need to complete the form?
1.) Student OTHS email address (your fees must be paid for your email to be validated)
2.) Cash pay access code (only if you paid cash in-person)
3.) Make, model, and color of your vehicle (i.e. Blue Ford Mustang)
4.) License plate number
5.) A photo of your vehicle clearly showing the rear license plate. Make sure the photo is saved on the device you plan to use.
What if my email address is not accepted?
Double check to make sure that your fee was paid by the deadline for each phase as outlined above. The only email addresses that will be validated are those that had fees paid prior to the deadline. If you miss the deadline to pay your fee, you will have to wait for the next phase. If you paid your fee before the deadline and are still having issues with your email address, send Mr. Cozad an email: cozadr@oths.us
What spot number did I get?
Numbered parking spaces will be assigned in the same order that transactions are completed on Omella. The earlier you purchase a pass, the lower parking space you will be assigned. You will not know your space number until you come to pick up your physical window tag. You must bring your student ID in order to receive your parking pass. You must pick up your physical parking pass before parking for the first day of school. Window tags can be picked up in the Attendance Office at the Smiley Campus at the following times:
Monday August 3rd 12:00 pm –7:00 pm
Tuesday August 4th 7:30 am – 2:30 pm
Wednesday August 5th 12:00 pm –7:00 pm
Thursday August 6th 7:30 am – 2:30 pm
Friday August 7th 7:30 am – 2:30 pm

Will Sophomores be able to purchase parking passes?
Sophomores will be eligible to submit their names for consideration for any remaining parking spaces in September. Sophomores may have an additional opportunity to purchase parking passes in January depending on the number of seniors graduating early. Sophomores will receive an email with more information in September.
What if I am a senior graduating early?
Seniors that graduate in December may be eligible for a prorated refund ($50) when they return their parking pass to the attendance office.
